The Challenger League Is Back
The summer break is coming to an end. In just a few days, the EVA Challenger League returns to the arenas for the final stretch, and the stakes are huge: securing one of the eight direct tickets to Stage 2 of the EVA Summit.
🚀 A format built for building momentum
Launched this year, the Challenger League brings together 16 teams split into two conferences, Alpha and Beta:

CONFERENCE Beta
Unlike the EVA Pro League, which brings together eight major organizations with no promotion or relegation, the Challenger League keeps an Up&Down system: finishing at the bottom of your conference can cost you your spot next season.
⚔️ What's really at stake at the return
The summer break wasn't just a pause: while the Challenger League caught its breath, Stage 1 of the EVA Summit was in full swing in July, deciding the eight teams that would join Stage 2 through the back door.
At the return, the Challenger League is therefore playing on two fronts at once:

The race for the eight direct spots in the Summit's Stage 2, set for September 27th. Unlike the Stage 1 qualifiers, the eight best teams in the Challenger League earn their spot outright, without having to go through qualification. A goal every team in the Alpha and Beta conferences has in their sights for this final stretch.

Staying up, with relegation looming over the bottom of both conferences.
And the next step up is a big one: in Stage 2, the Challenger League qualifiers will cross swords with the Stage 1 survivors to grab one of four tickets to the Summit Playoffs in October, where they'll meet the EVA Pro League's top 4 to crown the very first champion of this new era.
🔥 Why now's the time to (re)follow the league
For a league only in its first season under this new unified format, this return feels like a turning point. Teams that looked untouchable early in the season will have to prove it under qualification pressure; those lurking further back still have a few rounds left to spring a surprise and crash the Summit party.
